What was the highlight of Londoner Hotel
Good Deal in Haeundae
The room was spacious and was designed in a fashionable and enticing way. There were blackout curtains or otherwise very dark heavy curtains that helped block out the strong morning sunlight while we slept. We arrived very late but i did not have to wait or wake up the attendant who knew exactly who i was when we arrived. I was worried there would be no parking spots available since we were arriving late but there were. The check out time isnt until 1 pm which was really a great thing for us on that particular day. And although i didnt use it, there was a deep tub with jets in the bathroom that would have been amazing for the price we rented this particular room for.
The room was too hot for us and there was no way to turn down the temp that we could find... The bed and pillows were too firm for me so i had difficulty sleeping. But if you like firm support, you may like that a lot. Parking is limited and some of the spots are ridiculously hard to get in and out of.

Probably the worst hotel to stay in Busan. Not worth the money!
The location was good but that was it.
Its a terrible place for tourists. They don't even have bath towels only hand towels so after a bath its a pain to dry ourselves. What hotel doesn't have bath towels? The window is so small it feels like a dungeon. It's very claustrophobic. The bathroom lighting is so poor you can't read when sitting on the toilet. There is no curtain or shower screen for the bath, so the entire bathroom gets wet & slippery when you shower. I almost slipped & fell. The staff don't speak a word of English & were no help at all. We can't even communicate with them. I asked for a tax free invoice to claim my tax refund & they couldn't give me one as they didn't understand English. So I lost a tax refund of USD50 or so. How hopeless is that? Booking should remove them from your list of hotels. This is easily the worst hotel I have booked on Booking. Someone should do a quality check to ensure the quality of hotels on Booking. I'm very disappointed. If you're thinking of staying here - DON'T. Stay elsewhere!

Bed is good, location is nearby to haeundae station,...
Bed is good, location is nearby to haeundae station, distance to beach is just like 15 mins walking, easy to get halal food for muslims. Less but not least u actually don't have to bring over toner, moisturizer and hair spray. They provide all for you even pc's is also in the room. Overall it is absolutely exceed my expectation.
Less lighting in room, whoever like natural lights is not preferable to stay in this hotel.

It exceeded my expectations.
It exceeded my expectations. The room is clean and it is bigger than i thought. The staffs are nice. It is very convenient walking from station and going to the beach.
